Ten of Life's Simplest Pleasures

Since everyone is doing it and I really need to remember these right now...

(In no particular order)
1) Being moved by *something* (book, movie, game, conversation, whatever)
2) The middle of a great meal with a nice glass of wine, surrounded by great company.
3) When creative ideas from various people or things suddenly click.
4) Having one of my cats just jump on my chest when I'm on the couch, and curl up against my chin with their face pressed against my cheek.
5) Laughing uncontrollably about something stupid with my fiance.
6) Having my baby cousin (second cousin, actually) throw her arms around me and talk incessantly about random stuff as I carry her around.
7) Visiting my mom and brother and just veg'ing out in front of the TV on a warm LA day, with a cold beer, a good movie/game, and a pile of snacks/food/whatever in front of me as the dog stares at me from aside the couch, drooling.
8) Really nailing a song at karaoke ;)
9) Being drenched in sweat after a hard workout, taking a shower, then taking a nice afternoon nap.
10) Having a moment to sit still and do nothing but simply enjoy the moment.
